EXPERIENCE  

I started my career in property plans in 2007 after my 2 children started school.   I specialise in producing legal documents for the UK Government, the UK Land Registry and UK local authorities.   I produce Land Registry Compliant Lease Plans, Local Authority Licensing Plans, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's), 2D & 3D property plans, property compliance reports, Building Regulation scaled plans,  land division plans in Sussex, Surrey & London.

I will be dividing my time between working in the UK & Spain.
